Barry's heart aches for the little girl. He's never liked seeing kids upset or unhappy and he wants nothing more than to calm her down and find some way to make things right. Then his eyes catch on the bright red figure in her hands and inspiration strikes. Aha.

While his plan might out his identity to Jess, Barry isn't terribly worried about her finding out. Jessica has always been a good friend and he has faith in her ability to keep his secret if it comes to that.
